Since 6 months ago I joint the FCI (Food Combinoing Indonesia) yahoogroups.com. The FCI sugesting how are the best combination of food for breakfast, for lunch and dinner. Wake up in the morning, drink a glass of water with lemon (perasan jeruk nipis). For breakfast, just fruit, and then fruit again and again untill 12 o’clok. for lunch, a combination of rice with vegetables, better if raw, salad, karedok, or for lunch, animal protein with vegetables. For dinner, the combination, just the same with for the lunch. By these combination of foods sugesting for better metabolism and for preventing of acidosis in the body. Since ACIDOSIS, make a lot of diseases.
